Step by step walkthrough on how you can order a customized smart business card with your friends
Step 1 — Start Your Group Order
You’ll see several options:

With My Colleagues

Since you’re ordering as a group, choose either:
With My Friends, With My Colleagues, or With My Company.
Step 2 — Select Your Quantity
For this example, Let's order for 13 people.
Select “10+” — this qualifies your group for a 5% discount.
Then you’ll specify the exact number of cards:
And I will enter 13pcs as my group’s total quantity.
Step 3 — Assign a Group Representative
The person filling out this form will serve as the representative for your group.
Enter your full name here to make it easier for us to match your group members later.
For this example, we’ll use: Chris Woods
Step 4 — Design Customization Details
How many members don’t have a business card design?
For this example, 3 members don’t have any design yet.
How many members want to update or improve their existing design?
For this example, 7 members want to refresh their design.
These answers help us calculate any additional design fees.
Each design customization is only ₱129 pesos, and 100% of that goes directly to our designers.
Step 5 — Your Contact Information
Your full name
Email address
Phone number
This helps us update you on your order, and is also used for shipping.
Step 6 — Share the Member Form Link
Before submitting, you’ll receive a separate link that you need to share with your group members.
Each group member must fill out that short form to provide their individual information and upload their design files and QR code.
Even as the representative, you’ll also need to fill out that second form yourself.
Don’t worry — it only takes around 30 seconds to complete.
Step 7 — Submit & Complete Payment
After submitting, check your email for your invoice.
Make sure to complete your payment.
Important: Your order will be canceled if not completed within 3 days.
